Why Join TAB?
Many CEOs and business owners are too heavily involved in day-to-day tasks and need to spend more time working "on" rather than "in" their business. But they are worried about losing control when they delegate, losing money through failed business development activities, or simply not making the best decisions. All these factors can cause business leaders to be stuck at a certain revenue point with no viable way to grow.
TAB helps CEOs and business owners ($2M-$250M) to actually apply business best practices to their specific challenges and opportunities. With our support, business owners create practical strategic plans tied to their business and personal visions, and tactical plans with metrics, action and accountability to see these plans through to fruition. Addressing these factors taps the potential of businesses so they can grow unhindered.
TAB's Approach:
The on-going, regular nature of our approach focuses executive “energy, determination and hard work” correctly so that business growth and vision are achieved. Below are several key elements of the services we provide.
Advisory Board Meetings with business leaders from non-competing industries. Advisory board meetings provide a wealth of input, expertise and perspectives for solving business problems and leveraging business opportunities, as well as the accountability to take action, create momentum and get results.
Executive Coaching with an expert business coach. Executive coaching focuses more deeply on the business challenges and opportunities discussed at advisory board meetings, on the implementation of strategic action plans and on mapping the path forward.

About Kim:
For over 25 years my passion has been helping people build better companies and to enjoy what they do every day.
I’ve been honored to help hundreds of CEOs and their employees feel more engaged, bring new products to market, save money, be more productive, and ultimately increase their profits.
Being the business owner of three companies, wife, and mother of 4 keeps me pretty busy. But I feel lucky that I love what I do, get to enjoy the benefits of being a business owner, and still be able to spend valuable time with my family.
Everything that I bring to my clients comes from the years of experience working and leading in multiple for-profit industries both publicly traded and privately held, as well as, government, education, consulting, and non-profit. This experience led me to writing my first book “Mind The Gap,” which focuses on the organizational capabilities that are foundational to any organizations success and failure, big or small.
Where I’m really passionate is working with the smaller businesses with 500 and less employees, helping them be successful with big business ideas optimized for the small business budget. Small business is exciting to me as their span makes up 99.9% of all the businesses in our country. However unfortunate, this group of small businesses only earn 1% of the total revenue in the US, 92% of aren’t delivering on their goals, and 95% fail within the first five years. I believe every business has the ability to improve these statistics. And that is where I love to dig in and uncover the business owner’s intrinsic purpose and combine it with their set of strengths, that brings out exponential growth and productivity for themselves and their business.
With each business I leverage my past experiences along with multiple certifications including business coaching and training, neuro-linguistic programing, strategy management and project management. I am also published author and patent inventor. I have also been active in my community and served on multiple boards including: Child Advocates; Indianapolis chapter of the Society of Information Management; Columbian Business Network and Ellevate Network; and as an Advisory Board Member for the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology.
